Unless otherwise marked, all meetings will be held at the Iowa Paralyzed Veterans Center at 3703 1/2 Douglas Ave. in Des Moines---about 2 blocks west of the VA Hospital and about 12 blocks east of Merle Hay Mall.  The center is located on the north side of Douglas on the upper level of a 2 story brown brick office complex---parking is on the north side of the building, level with the entrance and reached by going north on 36th street and taking the first drive on the left, going west.  All of the facilities are accessible to those who use wheelchairs or scooters and convenient for those with walking challenges as everything is on the same level.  Our meeting room is just inside the entrance, carpeted, very spacious and smoke free.  Come join us!  We'd love to visit with you!  We always have a fun time!
